Welcome to November! We hope everyone enjoyed another successful Halloween with plenty of trick-or-treaters bringing joy (and a bit of candy chaos!) to the neighborhood. Now, as we turn towards the cooler season, we've got some community updates and announcements to share.
Our community pool was closed on schedule, and we want to thank everyone who helped make it a smooth process. During the close-up, we identified some maintenance tasks for next year. Some of these tasks are simple, and we're looking to hire a neighborhood resident who might be interested. If that sounds like you or someone you know, please let us know!
We’re exploring the idea of organizing a “tour of homes” during this holiday season, where interested neighbors can open their doors for a festive visit. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy decorations and holiday spirit together. We’ve set up a quick poll to gauge interest, so please be sure to vote if you'd like to participate.
A tour of homes is typically an event where several houses are opened up for public viewing. These tours can be organized by neighborhood associations, historical societies, real estate agents, or charitable organizations. Participants usually follow a set route, visiting each home at their own pace or on guided tours. It's a great way to get inspired by different design and decorating ideas and enjoy a unique glimpse into how others live.
We received quite a bit of feedback about online payment options for dues, and we're happy to announce that we’ll be setting this up for 2025. Thank you for sharing your preferences—more details will come as we get closer to the new year!
To better align with the ramp-up of pool season and to give everyone more time to arrange dues, we’ll be holding our annual meeting in March instead of the traditional January date. Look out for meeting details early next year.
As temperatures dip, here are a few quick reminders to keep your home in tip-top shape:
Stay cozy, and feel free to reach out with any questions or if you'd like to get involved in the community efforts. Have a wonderful November, and enjoy all the cozy moments of the season!
Warm regards,
